H.O.M.E. Pathways (Home Ownership Means Equity) is a Rockwood CDC initiative that empowers individuals and families to achieve lasting homeownership. We provide trusted guidance and resources to help people buy-and keep-their homes.
Through education, counseling, and financial tools, we're making homeownership more accessible for residents in Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, Wood Village, Sandy, Estacada, Corbett, Bridal Veil, Boring, Dodge Park, Damascus, Orient, Welches, and Brightwood.
What We Offer
Our Full-Service Homeownership Center follows national standards and is working toward HUD approval. Our team includes bilingual staff who are fluent in Spanish.
We recognize the need and hope to be able to offer bilingual services in these other languages, such as Ukrainian, Russian, and Vietnamese, soon!
